Dr. Grace A. Loudd is a Visiting Professor of Social Work at Texas Southern University. Her academic background combines evidence based research practices and women’s studies as her foundation. Dr. Loudd’s present research focuses on a myriad of issues impacting women’s mental and physical health, sexuality, and interpersonal violence. She is currently the principal investigator and project director of the TSU SHAPE Initiative which offers prevention and intervention services to address and interrupt behavioral norms related to substance use, HIV/AIDS, and Hepatitis-C among African American college students.
